I’m Tom, the Founder of TBH Bootcamps and I’ve worked with hundreds of people in Nottingham, get in the best shape of their lives.

  • Expert advice and guidance from friendly, personable coaches, with community spirit and support from the fellow Bootcampers. A great mix of people all with different goals who will motivate you, push you and celebrate your achievements, of which there will be many! The team atmosphere is unlike your usual gym's which in the past I've found can be impersonal and uninspiring. Once you find your feet (and legs after a sled push), you'll already be looking forward to your next session!

  • I joined TBH because I was at a crossroads with constant yo-yo diets and training in the gym but achieving nothing. Pheobe really changed that for me. She gently encouraged me to be accountable for the food I was eating and gave me meal plans and ideas to follow. Her regular check ins throughout the week kept me on track and made making better choices easier. The training was just as important, she has encouraged me to slowly increase my weights I’m lifting and because of that I’ve watched my body change considerably. TBH isn’t a diet or workout it’s a change of lifestyle that’s achievable and can be maintained whilst enjoying life too.
