As a team, we understand that seeing genuine, life-changing results is the most important factor of a successful programme. After all, no-one wants to be slogging away at the gym for no gain.

Our 12 Week Scholarship programme gives you all the benefits of our highest valued coaching services.

We start with a 1:1 onboarding and goal setting meeting with our Head Coach, allowing us to ensure this is a truly personalised approach.

  • We’re not here to make guesses about what you want or the process that will work for you, everyone is different. Our onboarding process is arguably the most important step of your journey. You’ll meet with our Head Coach, set goals and we’ll customise your plan.

  • Consistency is key, but we know that motivation comes in waves, which is why we assign every client an accountability coach. They’ll be on hand to ensure you show up, in every sense.

  • For 6 weeks, we’ll take your nutrition back to basics. Every client receives a simple, easy-to-follow nutrition plan that fits around real life. We’ll then delve deeper into the science behind nutrition choices and ensure you’re making changes that last.

  • There is nothing worse than wading through a busy gym and spending hours on workouts for little gain. Our group training programmes are designed to get the most out of every session, meaning you can spend less time in the gym and more time on the the things that matter.

  • Weekly progress reviews and a halfway point goal-setting are essential for ensuring you’re constantly making progress towards your goals.

  • We have the best community in Nottingham, fact. No egos, no judgement, just an incredible community of people all on a journey to bettering themselves.
